Our approach to refunds and cancellations.
Before work begins
If you request a cancellation before we’ve started your audit,
you’re entitled to a full refund.
After the audit has started
Once an audit is underway, refunds are considered on a
case-by-case basis, as our time and tools have already been
committed to your order.
After delivery
Reports are delivered as described in the package purchased.
If you believe your report is materially incomplete or doesn’t
match what was promised, contact us within 7 days of delivery
and we’ll review it.
